sorry Im really late...



so, just briefing of the meeting.



we talked about many things.

how to act as FREE?

who lead?

and so on.....



and we decide that



yuko is gonna lead or is the person who reprisents FREE.

but it is impossible to carry out all the things by herself.

so we each one of us help her. like if we have concert at church or somewhere, we need someone to contact the church or anything. we didn't decide who is on charge. every time someone who can have time to help helps her. but we also need core members... we didn't decide who but ...



and the concept of FREE is

basicly the same, but not totaly same. that is impossible. there are some changes, but in our heart its same we do same.



about band,

aki told us he can help and keep playing with us so we can still be same.





this is important. we didn't decide this.

WHAT EACH OF US CAN DO FOR FREE

OR WANT FREE TO DO

OR WANT TO DO WITH FREE

AND OUR VISION OF FREE!!

もう1週間もたっちゃったからミーティングのことだけ書いとくね。



いろんなことを話したんだけど、、、

まとめると



ゆうこりんがこれからは仕切ります。仕切るというか、FREEの顔になるって感じかな。ゆうこりんが全体を見てそれぞれに仕事を割り振って、今までエレミアがやってきたことをみんなでやっていく。っていう感じ。全ての情報がとりあえずゆうこりんのところにいって。ゆうこりんが判断を下す。みたいな。



ゆうこりん一人で全部をやるのは無理だから、コアメンバーってのもいるだろうし、キホン誰がこれっていうよりは動ける人の中で、最適な人が動いていく感じかな。



で、実際どうすんのかっていうと

キホン今までと同じ、でもやっぱり全部が全部同じってわけにはいかないから、変わるとこはあるけど、気持ちの上では同じ、やってることも同じって感じかな。



で、ここから先は決めなかったからみんなにぜひ考えてほしんだけど、というか決めないとなんだけど、



僕らそれぞれ一人一人がFREEに対して何ができるか???

FREEにどうなってほしいのか？？FREEを通して何を得たいのか??

FREEで何をしたいのか??

そして、今後のFREEのビジョン。どうなっていくのか？



これらがないと、FREEは空中分解して霧散するんだ。

だから近いうちにこれらはまた話すから考えといてね。
