I went to a concert last week. It was MBC's cd release concert. It was sooo good! It was just solid. the opening group, Anthony Brown & Answered Prayer....sickeningly good! I have NEVER been so impressed by a groups vocals and music. Ridiculous. I'm their new #1 fan! But Maurette's set was just so solid. She sang about Jesus, his goodness, grace, mercy, power, love, etc. It was just good. It wasn't a show. It was about Jesus. And it was a blessing to me. I think it's the only gospel concert I will get to go to while I'm home. I'm glad it was this one.
