the concerts in august!!

ok! First. we are trying to have concerts on 8/29(fri), 8/30(sat), 8/31(sun)
who can come and who cannot??

and 8/29(fri)
we sing at a concert hall.
today rihito, Jeremiah, kochansan, akisan looked and checked there,

our plan is:
time; till 20:30 and clean up by 22:00
ticket plice; less than 1000yen
capacity; 474 people
other; they dont have parking lott, kochansan try to contact with the PA company

and ask satoko to reserve there then its gonna be cheeper.

then 8/30(sat)
sing at inokasira ko-en(井の頭公園)
its FREE concert.
I(coffee) gonna contact them, wait and see.

the last 8/31(sun)
trying to have a concert or sing during the service of new hope tokyo
yukina and mika is contacting w/ them so wait and see.


and this is important, like tour we made our roles.
yukorin is making sound, whole program, music stuff and observe and controll everything.
kohjiro is in charge of making of the prayer meeting
mika and midori is gonna make advertising flyer for friday concert
keiko contacts with the concert hall.
coffee is in charge of saturday concert and contacting with the guests.
jeremiah helps yukorin.

so keep praying for the people and the concert.

and we need to talk about our vision, both for our the second semester or future and for the concerts. its been long time since weve started to talking about this.

コンサートホールでやります。
今日リヒト、エレミア、こうちゃんさん、あきさんが見てきてくれたんだ。

で、今決まってるのは：
時間; 20:30までで、その後片付けで22:00完全撤収
チケットの値段; １０００円以下にする
客席; 474席
その他; 駐車場無し、こうちゃんさんがPAの会社に連絡とってくれてるんだ。
あと、さとこちゃんに予約してもらう予定、そしてあらちょっと安くなるんだ。

次に8/30(土)
井の頭公園のステージを借りたい
いつかのストリートみたいなイメージかな？
coffeeがコンタクトとってみます

で、最後8/31(日)
new hope tokyo　でコンサートか礼拝中に歌わせてもらえないかきいてみてる
ゆきなとみかがコンタクトとってくれてるんだ。

こっからが大事、ツアーのときみたいにみんなの役割を決めたんだ。

ゆうこりんが音、音楽、曲、コンサート全体のプログラム、そして全体を見て仕切っていく係。
こうじろうは祈り会係り。
みかとみどりが金曜のコンサートのチラシ作ってくれて、
けいこちゃんはコンサートホールとコンタクト取ってくれて、
俺が土曜の公園と、金曜呼ぶゲストとの連絡係。
エレミアはゆうこりんを手伝ってくれる。

だからコンサートに関わる全ての人と、お客さん、場所とか他の全てについて祈っててね。

えっと、あとこれからのビジョンとかこのコンサートのビジョンとも決めていかなきゃなんないんだけど、まぁ、この話が出てからもうだいぶ経った気もするし、そろそろ決めないとこれから動きづらいカモね。

というわけで、俺も全部の役割メモれたわけじゃないから、足りなかったら追加して。
