If we believe in Jesus, we become like his sheep and he is our shepherd. He guides us, gives us life, and keeps us safe. We can trust in him to be our rock and fortress, just like the songs says.

Jesus Christ is strong, firm, and invincible. And if we believe in Him than we can also be strong, firm and invincible.

もし，今の生活の中で恐れとか不安な事とかあったら，ちょっと目をつぶって「イエス様は超強くて，無敵だと信じるよ．だから，私の岩となり砦となって私を守ってください！おねがーーい！」って祈ってみましょ．
If you have any worries and fears now, just close your eyes and pray to God "I believe that you are strong, firm, and invincible. Please be my rock and fortress and protect me."
